Platform to connect business correspondents (BCs) and business facilitators (BFs) to the bank’s network.

HDFC Bank has engaged with multiple partners to form a strategic alliance to expand its network.

Team wants to take banking to the rural deep geo- locations wherein a non-banking partner can perform banking functions at ease, and customer is able to experience services seamlessly.

Onboarding multiple partners to the platform requires myriad complex processes. To simplify these processes, we tried a multi user-centric approach.
